Guardian ad Litem Services

I provide Guardian ad Litem services for Family Court and Probate Court matters. As a Guardian ad Litem, I serve as a neutral investigator appointed by the Court to independently assess each case and provide the Court with objective information and my findings. My role is to conduct a comprehensive investigation focused on the best interests of the child or protected individual. This process may include interviewing parties and relevant individuals, reviewing records and documentation, conducting home visits, and evaluating the circumstances surrounding the matter.

Upon completion of my investigation, I prepare a detailed written report outlining my findings and professional recommendations, which is submitted to the Court and provided to counsel prior to scheduled hearings.

I understand that these matters often involve emotional and complex family dynamics. My goal is to approach each case with professionalism, discretion, and compassion while ensuring the Court receives clear, thorough, and reliable information to assist in its decision-making.
